Privacy notice
This notice explains how Zireva Ventures SMC ("Zireva", "we") handles personal information collected through this website. Each of our ventures, such as IzeChat, has its own website and its own privacy terms, which apply when you use that venture's products.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and — depending on the topic — your organization, phone number, the venture or partnership type you chose, a link to your profile, or your publication.
When you browse, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of our forms. We do not use advertising trackers.
If we enable website analytics, we use a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It tells us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and which links are used.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and route it to the right people within Zireva or its ventures.
- To keep the website secure, including preventing spam and misuse of our forms.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Technical logs are kept only for a short period.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry may be shared with the Zireva venture it concerns. We use service providers to host the website and deliver email; they process information only on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, send a request through our contact page and choose "Something else".
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
